Mars completa la adquisición de SYNLAB Vet, un proveedor europeo de diagnósticos de laboratorios veterinarios especializados

SYNLAB Vet y SEASLAB pasan a formar parte de la división de Science & Diagnostics de Mars Petcare para proporcionar diagnósticos y tecnología a más profesionales veterinarios y animales de compañía en Europa

(29 de septiembre de 2023) — Mars, Incorporated (“Mars”) ha anunciado hoy que ha completado su adquisición previamente anunciada de los activos de SYNLAB Vet de SYNLAB Group (FSE: SYAB). SYNLAB Vet y SEASLAB forman parte ahora de la división de Science & Diagnostics de Mars Petcare, lo que permite una cobertura diagnóstica y tecnológica más amplia, al tiempo que acelera la I+D y amplía el acceso global a soluciones para el cuidado de las mascotas.

Mars completes acquisition of SYNLAB Vet, a European specialty veterinary laboratory diagnostics provider

SYNLAB Vet and SEASLAB become part of the Science & Diagnostics division of Mars Petcare to provide diagnostics and technology to more veterinary and companion animal professionals in Europe 

McLean, Virginia, USA (September 29, 2023) — Mars, Incorporated (“Mars”) today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the SYNLAB Vet assets from SYNLAB Group (FSE: SYAB). SYNLAB Vet and SEASLAB are now part of Mars Petcare's Science & Diagnostics division, enabling broader diagnostic and technology coverage, while accelerating R&D and expanding global access to pet care solutions. .
